For over 20 years, Springboard have been helping young, unemployed and disadvantaged people into careers in hospitality, leisure and tourism as well as being the industry’s natural partner in improving its image, attracting new talent and addressing skills shortages.

Springboard’s Business Partnership is open to industry organisations who demonstrate that they are excellent employers and actively invest intheir people. It is a membership scheme and in return for anannual fee, Business Partners, large and all, benefit from a range of services tailored to the needs of their business.

Resource Gateway contains loads of free downloads and other HLT materials that can assist with work related teaching and learning such as industry sourced presentations and case studies, worksheets, student activities, competitions and other learning programmes for students. It also provides news and updates plus information about events and where to find useful websites, textbooks, and e-media.
